Sheila Wahezi

“I reached out to Cathy during a pivotal transition in my life as a passionate early childhood educator, unsure of my next steps. Even though I reached out to Cathy without a clear plan, she was incredibly generous with her time and advice. She offered me a wealth of resources, connections, and heartfelt advice that made me feel truly seen and supported. Her kindness and willingness to share resources and insights was a gift that left me feeling motivated and ready to move forward. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking clarity, support, and real guidance.”

"My coaching session was such a lovely experience!  I very much appreciate Cathy's warmth and professionalism, helping me reflect on my own offer and frameworks.  Cathy led me through questions, provoking evaluation, but also inducing pointers for further development.  Through her coaching we were able to identify what needs improvement.  I am very grateful for this opportunity and I would recommend booking a spot for a coaching session."

Workshops for Every Stage of Your Evolving Practice

We offer dynamic, engaging workshops that support educators in creating intentional, relationship-centered learning environments. Whether online or in person, each session blends reflection, inspiration, and practical strategies to take into your setting.

Our workshops are organized into four strands, each exploring a different dimension of intentional practice:

Strand 1 — Foundations of Intentional Practice ~ A grounding place to begin or return to, exploring the beliefs, values, and daily choices that shape how you show up for children.

Strand 2 — Play, Agency & Embodied Learning ~ Diving deep into play, creativity, and children's ways of making meaning.

Strand 3 — Professional Relationships & Living Well Together ~ Building the trust, reflection, and relational culture that makes strong teams possible.

Strand 4 — Pedagogy, Reflection & Growing Practice ~ For the curious, reflective educator who loves thinking deeply and wants to keep growing.

Sessions are available online or in person, ranging from a 60-minute keynote to a multi-part series — and can be customized to meet your team's needs and goals.
